Recruitment Agency vs. Client – Non Payment of Commission

After several months of chasing payment our client instructed us to pursue monies owed. Pre action warnings were ignored and it was necessary to draw up a County Court Claim. The Claim was Defended. We were able to assist our client in our capacity of “Paid McKenzie Friend” meaning that we assisted with all the Civil Procedure Rules requirements. Following a final hearing the Debtor was ordered to pay almost £4,000.00 to include interest, late payment compensation and costs.
